About
the idea

The Knot Theory began with a simple observation: for many people, hair doesn’t fall out — it breaks.

Knots, friction, and rough handling—especially on wash days—can put hair under stress when it’s at its most fragile. Yet most hair care products aren’t designed with this moment in mind.

This project is an exploration of gentler care. Focused on detangling, reducing breakage, and supporting hair through its weakest points, The Knot Theory is about rethinking how hair is treated, not just how it looks.
